Responsibilities :

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of our digital storytelling efforts. Collaborating closely with our E-Commerce team, you will :

Conceptualize, film, edit, and publish dynamic content from inception to completion.

Develop and implement cutting-edge content strategies for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, leveraging your understanding of fashion, pop culture, sports, and social media trends.

Create visually stunning videos, captivating photos, and social media graphics that resonate with our brand's identity and resonate with our fashion-forward audience.

Take TikTok videos and other content in our offline retail store, and connect the content to our online social platforms.

Support the organization and execution of in-person brand events.

Act as liaison with the shopping mall staff to coordinate exciting pop-up events and public relations opportunities.

Capture videos and create video and photo content at our store, pop-up events and athletic events.

Build relationships with local athletes and influencers to create engaging campaigns and brand ambassadorships.

Bring fresh ideas to the table during brainstorming sessions, contributing to creating engaging and shareable content.

Manage the content creation process and calendar, from conceptualization to execution, copywriting, and digital narration, ensuring seamless communication and delivery across all platforms.

Analyze performance metrics to fine-tune content strategies and maximize our impact on social media.

Uphold brand consistency by implementing cohesive design standards and guidelines and collaborating closely with the e-commerce and executive team.

Present regular reports to the executive team, detailing growth metrics and insights on channels while proposing and executing innovative methods to enhance brand visibility and awareness.

Skills and Qualifications :

We're looking for creative individuals with a passion for fashion and a talent for storytelling through interactive media and design. The ideal candidate will have :

1-3 years of experience in content creation or social media management, preferably within the fashion industry.

A strong portfolio showcasing your compelling social media / digital content expertise.

Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects.

Exceptional skills in visual storytelling, photography, videography, and video editing.

A keen eye for aesthetics and a deep appreciation for artistry and culture.

Outstanding project management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Ability to pay attention to details and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.

The willingness to evolve and learn new things.

Love for sports and fashion.
