**Qualifications:**

- Two years in utility locating preferred
- Previous experience in underground utility work
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to interpret maps and blueprints
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and supervise the underground crew in locating utilities such as gas, water, and sewer lines
- Coordinate with project managers to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Use equipment such as ground-penetrating radar and electronic locators to identify underground utilities
- Train crew members on proper locating techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of utility locations
- Ensure that all work is completed according to company standards and regulations
