- Lead the design process, from initial concept to final construction drawings.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project goals and requirements.
- Create design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical support during construction phases, including reviewing shop drawings and coordinating with contractors.
- Oversee the preparation of presentation materials, project renderings, and design reports.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on design-build projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Registered Architect (preferred).
