Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing quality inspection plans, managing raw material certifications, and maintaining product certification profiles within our SAP system.
- Collaborating with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve the quality of our products.
- Providing backup support for internal and customer complaint systems and participating in internal and customer audits.
- Contributing to the development of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our quality control systems.
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and proficiency in using electronic systems, such as AS400. You should also have an Associate Degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience (2 years) in quality assurance or manufacturing roles.
