Propósito de la posición:
Coordinar, controlar y ejecutar las actividades relacionadas con las ventas y servicio al cliente, a fin de garantizar que se cumplan con los requerimientos de preformas y envases PET de forma oportuna a los clientes, siguiendo lineamientos de la Gerencia Comercial.
Acciones y resultados esperados:
- Gestionar y hacer seguimiento de la evolución de las ventas; informar al Gerente Comercial a fin de iniciar las acciones necesarias para cumplir con el presupuesto.
- Preparación/actualización de reporte de ventas para la entrega diaria al comité de Gerencia.
- Prepara reportes de ventas e indicadores del área comercial.
- Seguimiento sobre la disponibilidad de los productos requeridos por los clientes.
- Mantener actualizada la lista de precios.
- Preparar cotizaciones a los nuevos clientes de acuerdo a los lineamientos de su supervisor directo.
- Recepcionar los reclamos de los clientes y asegurar que estos sean atendidos por el departamento de Calidad.
- Mantener ordenados los archivos de los clientes para tener y brindar información oportuna.
- Seguimiento al cumplimiento de despachos.
- Ingreso de información al Lotus SAP product tracking para la creación de nuevos clientes, modificación o apertura de sectores en clientes existentes.
- Dar soporte al área comercial en labores administrativas.
- Atención al Clientes en búsqueda de información/orientación
- Licenciado en Administración o carreras afines.
- Dominio Intermedio del idioma Ingles (Deseable)
- Conocimientos de comercio exterior (Deseable)
- Manejo de SAP (Deseable)
- Manejo de office intermedio (Excel: tablas dinámicas)
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en puestos similares.
