SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
12-hour, 2-2-3 Rotating shifts 5:00-5:00 switching between day shift and night shift every two weeks
- Work 3 to 4 shifts per week
- 3-day weekend every other week
- Shift schedule includes 8 hours of overtime pay every 2 weeks
- Additional overtime available after training is complete.
WAGES: Starting: $29.65/hour
- 6 months: $31.53/hour
- 1.5 years: $33.99/hour
- Additional Premiums: Additional $1.20/hour night shift premium and 1.5x pay on Sundays.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Operators will lead in all aspects of operation of Press lines including changeovers, machine start-up, running and shut-down.
- Support operations in becoming World Class in all aspects of the business, beginning with Safety.
- Run all jobs in accordance with customer specification, manufacturing specification, print specification, color folders and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure all appropriate paperwork is filled out accurately and completely. This includes, but is not limited to; production reports, job verification sheets, ink usage sheets, QA reports, roll tickets (all flags are recorded), S.O.C sheets and all others as assigned.
- Work with and direct the press assistant and pit crew to minimize job change-over and down time.
- Train and direct the press assistant to become efficient at all the required assistant duties defined in each level of the assistant training matrix on time.
- While also knowing and understanding the role in product safety.
- Comply with all 5S and WCM initiatives (Cross Training, moving to the work)
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift up to 50-60 lbs
- Willing and able to stand and walk for an 8/12 hour shift
- Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting
- Frequent use of wrist and hands
- Frequent stepping up and down from platforms
