Job Description
Duties
Responsibilities include keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working the production machines as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
Must be able to follow all applicable safety guidelines, laws, and departmental safety requirements
Must be able to don and doff all required plant PPE
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work with and interact effectively and professionally with coworkers in a team environment
- Good math skills
- Must be able to read, understand and stay current with all department work instructions and procedures
- Good organizational skills

Essential Physical Requirements
- Occasional sitting
- Occasional standing
- Frequent walking
- Occasional below waste level work
- Occasional climbing, balancing, pushing/pulling
- Occasionally lifts up to 75 lbs.
- Occasional reaching above shoulder, reaching over 15” away from body, fine motor and forceful motion
- Must have good vision and hearing and use of both hands
- Must be able to communicate with coworkers and Crew Leaders
- Must pass company administered color vision test
