Job Overview
Seeking a Facilities Desk Technician to join our team at a federal facility site in West Bethesda, MD. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Individual’s experience shall include three (3) or more years of experience in facilities management or a related field, demonstrated proficiency in preparing work orders and service requests, ability to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks efficiently, communication skills for liaising with maintenance staff and building occupants, and proficiency in relevant computer software for managing work orders, such as one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and systems such as Archibus by Eptura. SECRET clearance required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
