Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Management Analyst II to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in military operations and intelligence, with a focus on enhancing organizational effectiveness through strategic analysis and problem-solving. This role will involve working closely with various departments to assess processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that align with our operational goals.
Duties
- Conduct thorough analyses of organizational processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with military operations teams to understand the intricacies of DoD requirements and operational needs.
- Utilize knowledge of electronic warfare, signals intelligence, and intelligence targeting to inform decision-making processes.
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support joint operations by providing analytical insights that enhance mission effectiveness within the intelligence community.
- Engage in continuous learning about emerging trends in intelligence and military operations to ensure best practices are applied.
Experience
Seven (7) years’ experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis. Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations. There are 5 available tracks to this position:
i. Human resources - Recruitment, employee retention, and employee training/development.
ii. Space management support – Experience in space management, facilities maintenance, building or supporting construction project management.
iii. Safety - Experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) supporting enterprise level safety programs and knowledge of workplace safety regulations. OSH efforts include industrial hygiene technician, fire safety, medical surveillance, forklifts, and or overhead crane experience. Underlying skills include inspections, systems administrator, investigations and customer service.
iv. Ordnance Information System (OIS) support - Experience supporting explosive safety or ordnance inventory management in systems such as Ordnance Information System.
v. Supply and Material Management - Experience tracking, managing and reporting on the flow of goods, materials and resources using inventory management software.

Pay: $56,896.00 - $61,354.00 per year
