Job Overview
Seeking an experienced Special Project Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Individual’s experience shall include five (5) or more years of experience in special project planning, construction project management, or real property asset management, with the ability to support special projects, construction requests, and regional allocation requests, proficiency in conducting real property asset evaluations and developing planning actions to address surpluses and deficits. SECRET clearance required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $96,533.00 - $105,267.00 per year
