Position Summary:
The Director of Strategic Alliances will play a critical role in driving growth and innovation at AMD Global Telemedicine by developing and managing high-impact partnerships. This individual will identify, negotiate, and execute strategic collaborations that align with AMD’s mission to deliver world-class telemedicine solutions. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and a deep understanding of the healthcare technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify and evaluate potential partners in healthcare, technology, and adjacent industries.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for alliances that drive revenue, innovation, and market share.
Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners, including technology providers, healthcare organizations, and channel partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.
Negotiation and Contracting:
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms for AMD.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
Market Insights and Strategy:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide insights to senior leadership on market opportunities and risks.
Collaboration and Integration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful integration and execution of partnerships.
- Monitor and report on the performance of alliances, ensuring they deliver against agreed-upon metrics.
Leadership:
- Represent AMD at industry events and conferences to promote its brand and strategic vision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or partnership management, preferably in healthcare technology.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing complex partnerships.
- Strong understanding of telemedicine and the broader healthcare ecosystem.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically while managing operational details effectively.
- Experience working in a global environment and managing cross-cultural relationships is a plus.
