The Role :
We are looking for our next senior team leader to lead our Global Sales Incentive Planning and Management organization. Accountable for designing, implementing and administering the global sales incentive plan, this critical role will focus on building incentive programs that maintain tight alignment between business outcomes, motivating and retaining talent, while driving revenue growth.

- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to gather, analyze, and present complex data to different stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to see the big picture, challenge assumptions, and work collaboratively to drive business results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- A track record of designing and administering sales incentive programs that enable business growth and talent retention.
