THE ROLE :
We are looking for an adaptive, self-motivative Power Architect - GPU Performance Optimization to join our growing GFX architecture team. As a key contributor, you will be part of a team to drive AMD's market leading GPU designs across AI / Machine Learning, Compute, and Discrete GPU gaming products. The Architecture team furthers and encourages continuous technical innovation to showcase successes as well as facilitate continuous career development. As the Power Architect you will be expected to work with other technical experts internally and externally, to help guide complex products from concept to customer ship. The role requires a special combination of technical breadth, problem solving, and soft skills. The Power Architect is a cross-functional technical leader.
THE PERSON :
You have a passion for modern, complex GFX architecture and digital design. You are a team player who has excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with other engineers located in different sites / time zones. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are willing to learn and ready to take on problems.
