TREASURY SENIOR MANAGER - CASH OPERATIONS
The Role
In the Senior Manager capacity, you will lead the Cash Operations team reporting to the VP of Treasury at a fast paced Semiconductor industry. You will oversee global funding of entities, cash pooling setup / management, bank account administration and near term liquidity planning activities. In addition, you will work closely with the VP of treasury on strategic initiatives as well to support growth of the company. Furthermore, this role will give you great exposure to AMD’s CFO and other business executives

Ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a keen analytical mindset, be detail oriented, strong drive for results and possesses strong problem-solving skills. The candidate must also have a deep understanding of financial concepts and US GAAP accounting principles

TREASURY SENIOR MANAGER - CASH OPERATIONS

Key Responsibilities
- Manage global funding of entities to support their operating needs
- Optimize global banking structures including accounts from M&A activities
- Setup Cash Pools to optimize funding timing and interest income
- Analyze global banking fees and optimize cost
- Work with corporate strategy team on M&A closing and integration
- Implement and standardize Cash Ops systems and tools to improve organizational efficiency
- Ongoing Benchmarking with other large technology companies on best treasury practices
- Manage a team of 2 direct reports
- Establish goals for team members, conduct performance evaluations and ensure to have a highly engaged organization
- Collaborate effectively with key company stakeholders (leadership team, regional finance teams, accounting, tax, legal, accounts receivables, accounts payables, payroll, credit)
- Ensure compliance with internal and SOX control in all areas of responsibility
- Identify opportunities to incorporate efficiencies into Treasury operations
- Conduct reviews and prepare footnotes for Treasury related SEC filings
- Strong understanding of financial statements and US GAAP accounting including understanding of cash investments accounting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and various treasury management systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills with executive presentation experience using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experienced in managing multiple projects and tasks at one time and meeting competing deadlines
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and internal/external customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to drive for results in a dynamic fast paced business environment with a desire to continuously improve existing processes
- Ability to communicate priorities, deliverables, issues and results to management in timely manner
- Experienced in working in a global team environment with different time zones
- Broad knowledge and interest in financial markets, high grade fixed income securities and risk management practice
- MBA in Finance, or CFA preferred

Salary : $134,080 - $201,120
