We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Program Lead to join our team supporting a contract with the Federal government. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of IT cybersecurity management experience, including 3 years of direct support for the US Government.
The Cybersecurity Program Lead is responsible for managing the human resources necessary to perform required activities, ensuring technical correctness, timeliness, and quality of services and products provided to our customer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating effectively with technical, non-technical, and executive-level customers
- Managing Agile principles, processes, and methodologies
A Master's Degree in IT, computer science, business or engineering OR 15 years of IT cybersecurity management experience is required. At least one of the following security certifications is also necessary: CAP, CISSO, CISM, or CISSP.
In addition to your extensive experience and education, you should possess excellent project management skills, preferably certified by PMI, DAWIA, or FAC.
