As a Customer Business Executive on the DirecTV team, you will play a key role in the leading the account expansion and driving account strategy, while focusing on becoming the customer trusted advisor, delivering constant value and making their business amazing!
What will your job look like?
- Be a partner to C-level decision makers throughout the account
- Collaborate with & lead matrixed teams toward goal of delivery excellence
- Identify new opportunities to grow revenues
- Responsible for P&L, overall profitability
- Set long-term vision and strategy for the account growth, customer satisfaction and overall profitability
All you need is...
- Experience with large, complex, BSS transformation engagements in the cable industry
- Success developing and closing business in new solution & service areas
- Ability to both think strategically and have a vision for the business but also roll-up your sleeves and jump in hands-on when necessary
- Executive-level influencing, relationship building and communication skills
- Desire to sell and deliver value
- Ability to lead commercial negotiations, prepare the Annual Operating Plan with strong financial background.
- Dallas location preferred
