What will your job look like?
- Collaborate with Business and IT teams to refine product scope, drive improvements, and deliver fast, accurate solutions.
- Provide guidance to the team on automation, process improvements, and system maintenance to enhance efficiency and stability.
- Coordinate with integrated teams, including business architects, testers, and Tier 2 support, to optimize system performance and deliver effective business solutions.
- Lead and mentor the team, ensuring alignment with best development practices and maximizing overall efficiency.
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance team productivity and application stability.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, keeping team members and leadership informed while presenting updates to GLs/PMs.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure seamless collaboration within the development team.
- Develop and implement tools to streamline application management and improve operational efficiency.
- 10 yrs knowledge and experience in the IT Industry and have knowledge of IT principles and SDLC
- 5 years of Product and Project management experience leading multiple applications.
- 3-5 years of experience in Ensemble and Digital products and its integration with other Amdocs OSS/BSS integrations.
- 2-4 years of experience in working on the applications deployed on Azure platform.
- 3-5 yrs experience in programming knowledge in C, java scripting, Java; J2EE, XML, Web Services, spring, react, Hibernate, Oracle 11g, UNIX and SQL.
- 3-5 yrs experience in driving automations and ability to guide team with JUnit, power mock and other mocking frameworks.
- 3.5 yrs of understanding development tools like Perforce, Maven and CI with Jenkins.
- 3-5 yrs familiarity with coding standards and methodologies.
- 3-5 yrs online and Unix Environment knowledge.
- Strong experience in Software design and development in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate.
- Required good experience with the tools that are used for core dump analysis, heap analysis and performance analysis like Memory Analyzer, AppDynamics.
- Deployment experience in tomcat, WebLogic and with RDBMS knowledge - Oracle Server.
- Understanding of react library Facebook and working experience on it will be beneficial.
- Business knowledge of Telecom industry is beneficial.
- Relational database theory and physical design, knowledge of Oracle DB.
- Should be well versed with SDLC
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Common architectures and integration techniques .
- Client and server platforms.
- Understand complete processes within customer’s business.
- Produces well structured, university-level design, test, status and knowledge transfer documents.
- Experience with the telecom business is required.

- Full life cycle experience in the payment processing systems.

- Candidates with Knowledge and working experience with the integration of Industry standard Payment acquirers/gateways, fraud systems and rule engines.
