What will your job look like?
- Development of software adaptors/drivers as per customer requests and Telecom designs.
- Install, configure and support the customer solution
- Support and testing of upgrade releases.
- Support and guide customers remotely and onsite
- Technically support presale and demo activities
Must Haves
- Native Italian Speaker residing in Italy
- BA Computer Science/IT engineering or equivalent
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- At least 3 years’ experience in similar work
- Coding capabilities in one language (C, C , Java, or equivalent)
- Excellent social skills for teamwork and customer interactions
- Experience with Unix and SQL
- Proactive, creative, and able to fit into a dynamic environment
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple ongoing projects
- Background in OSS, Telecom
- Big data knowledge
- Experience in a Delivery group and/or Telecom knowledge
- Confident in presenting and training
- You will gain valuable experience and wide knowledge of Software integrative systems.
- You will be exposed to advanced market technologies.
- You will work with multiple channels and diverse areas of expertise.
