- Support software production tickets and IT integration with multiparty software platforms.
- Design, develop, modify, and debug software code according to functional and technical design specifications supporting the telecommunications industry. Responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and analyzing software performance issues and software solution integration errors with hardware.
- Also responsible for serving as an expert on specific technical delivery solutions during the software development life cycle.
