We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at AMEA Healthcare!
As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's staffing needs are met while growing the Beavercreek branch. The right candidate will have the ability to develop relationships with consumers, case managers, and employees. A person with a strong background in recruitment, sourcing, and hiring talent is highly desirable.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Scheduling STNAs, LPNs and RNs for nursing facility staffing;
· Recruiting, hiring, disciplining, billing and weekly payroll.
