What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account/Project Support Coordinator I position at AMECO?
Summary:
Performs a variety of customer service and account support tasks including order processing, invoicing, reporting, order confirmation, responding to internal and external customer service and e-commerce inquiries, ensuring customer needs and satisfaction are met, while providing ongoing support for other departmental activities as needed.
Responsibilities:
Tracking Regular and Air Freight Shipments
- Identifying Customer tracking needs and obtaining information to fill that need
- Confirm orders, delivery, and provide order follow-up.
- Communicate to the internal team on tracking and shipment concerns
- Properly record all activity with customer in CRM
- Enter data into ERP
- Monitor and assist with responding to electronically submitted e-commerce customer questions/inquires
Expedite back orders for Sales Department
- Communicate progress via email and phone with Internal team
- Communicate issues with discrepancy.
- Confirm back orders and provide back-order follow-up with customer
- Calling vendors to get ship dates.
Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years’ customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of achievement in a customer service required.
- Intermediate to expert level user experience with Microsoft Excel/spreadsheets.
- Accurate data entry experience, along with proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications are required.
- Prior SAP experience would be a definite plus, particularly SAP Business One.
- Individuals need to have excellent communication skills, high energy, and the ability to interact professionally with associates at all levels.
- Essential to juggle multiple time-sensitive priorities, while delivering quality support in a fast-paced service excellent environment.
- Superior follow-up skills, persistence, organized and results oriented.
- Flexible and able to change focus as needs/workload dictates.
- Must be able to work well within a team environment.
