AMECO is looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Operations Support Representative to support our Baton Rouge, LA site operations.
The purpose of this position is to assist the Site and Service Departments by assisting in managing parts inventory, shop, and loading / unloading of equipment. This position reports directly to the Site Manger.
Key responsibilities :
- Handles all aspects of shipping and receiving of equipment, including documentation, and status maintenance
- PO Receipts
- Equipment freight coordination
- Assist with processing on / off rents as needed
- Helps coordinate field maintenance & repairs
- Field and process customer requests for asset tracking
- Assist with tracking equipment availability, location, and repair status
- Assist in completing customer quotes as needed
- Ensures Inbound and Outbound inspections of equipment are conducted, documented, and uploaded into the corresponding ERP system
- Open and close work orders in a timely manner and ensure accuracy of information. To include but not limited to diagnostic work orders, preventive maintenance orders, and damage repair work orders
- Assist in billing and customer chargebacks
- Assist in the customer quoting process as needed
- Assist with parts & other requisitions to include ordering and receiving of parts for routine repair work and parts for the Service Department
- Provide miscellaneous support for the Service Department and the Customer Service Department
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
- Adhere to and support AMECO's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
- Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
- Assist with other duties, departments functions as assigned
