Full Time Nanny / House Manager Hybrid Needed in Anchorage

Compensation: $22-$30 per hour
Schedule: During the school year: Monday through Friday 12pm-6pm or 1pm-7pm (30 hours guaranteed) During the Summer: Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm (40 hours guaranteed)
Description: A fun, and welcoming family with three children in Anchorage is seeking a new nanny who is open to some household management work while the children are in school. This sweet and playful family can offer 30 guaranteed hours during the school year and 40 hours during the summer months. The ideal schedule during the school year is Monday-Friday from 12pm-6pm or 1pm-7pm and during the summer months they are looking for a more standard 9am-5pm schedule.
The children are typically in school until 3pm so the for the first few hours of the shift, the candidate will be responsible for assisting with some light meal prep, tidying children's play spaces, maintaining the children's laundry, and helping out with things like dropping off amazon returns and picking up dry cleaning. When the children are home, the candidates main focus will be engaging with them!The children have a lot of independence and freedom to do the things they'd like, however, they would also love to have a nanny who can help them set up a lemonade stand in the summer, build forts on rainy days, and come up with fun crafts and activities! The oldest is in swim lessons and will need transportation back and forth during swim season.The family is offering $22-$30 per hour, guaranteed hours, paid vacation, paid holidays, and paid sick leave.
