Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to staff, including:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Perform basic accounting tasks, including:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Processing invoices and payments
- Reconciling bank statements
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an accounting or finance environment
- Basic accounting knowledge, including experience with:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Invoicing and payment processing
- Bank reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
