What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Representative position at Amenity Housekeeping?
Amenity Housekeeping is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Field Representatives to engage with our existing partners and encourage resident referrals to our program. As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for reintroducing and reinforcing our services, ensuring our partners have all the necessary materials, and driving engagement with Amenity Housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit 5-20 properties per week (15 minutes average per visit).
- Engage with Property Staff in a meaningful way.
- Review and evaluate program usage.
- Provide and replenish marketing collateral as indicated.
- Log visits using Amenity tools.
- Offer Events to engage residents.
Requirements:
- Driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to visit properties within a 25 mile radius.
- English fluency and ability to engage and communicate effectively with property staff.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- 2 yrs. experience in sales or customer relations.
- Must be able to submit photos and complete forms for verification.
Compensation:
- $150 - $450 per week (based on your activity)
