We are looking for a professional and experienced cleaning dynamo to join our Denver team. As a residential cleaner, you and your assistant will begin part-time, and work up to cleaning 6-8 units in multiple luxury apartment buildings daily, growing along with us in the Denver area. This approach reduces travel time and maximizes your income potential.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned units, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and meet client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any concerns or special requests.
Requirements:
- English fluency
- 3 years of professional cleaning experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to work within a 25 mile radius of downtown Denver.
- Recruit your own assistant.
- Your own cleaning supplies including vacuum cleaner.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday.
- Day shift, no weekends.
Compensation:
- Average $40 - $65 per one hour clean for 2 person team.
