**Position: Security Officer**
We are currently in search of a skilled Security Officer to oversee our facilities and ensure the well-being of our employees and visitors. In this role, you will be tasked with detecting suspicious activities, preventing theft and vandalism, and maintaining a secure environment. The ideal candidate will possess keen observational abilities, command respect and authority, and be well-versed in surveillance methods and conflict resolution. Your primary objective will be to uphold a safe and trouble-free atmosphere for our organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct routine patrols to uphold order and establish a visible presence.
- Monitor and authorize access for vehicles and individuals entering the premises.
- Remove unauthorized persons or trespassers from the property.
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows at the close of operations.
- Regularly review surveillance footage to detect any disruptions or illegal activities.
- Investigate suspicious behavior or individuals on-site.
- Respond promptly to alarms and manage the situation effectively.
- Offer assistance to individuals in need.
- Apprehend and detain offenders following legal procedures until law enforcement arrives.
- Compile and submit reports outlining daily surveillance activities and notable incidents.
**Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated experience as a security officer or guard.
- Knowledge of security and public safety regulations.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
- D License (mandatory).
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
- Strong surveillance and observational skills.
- Familiarity with surveillance technology and systems.
- Preferred training in First Aid/BLS and self-defense.
- Registered as a security officer.
- High School diploma preferred.
