In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for U.S. and Mexico-based positions while shaping an exceptional candidate and employee experience. With dedicated support, you’ll expand your expertise into HR Business Partnering—guiding managers, enhancing engagement, and driving career development initiatives.

What you will be doing:
Talent Acquisition:
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions according to AS recruitment guidelines, with a focus on Group Finance and IT roles. Conduct interviews and assessments and coordinate the recruitment process with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Resource Planning: Support strategic workforce planning by identifying recruitment needs and tracking the position approvals, hires and related costs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Sourcing and attracting candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, direct search, and active sourcing techniques. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the US job market to effectively source and attract top talent.
- Employer Branding: Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, and actively support and develop employment branding activities for Amer Sports in the Americas region.
- Collaboration: Actively collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Team for additional support and resources.
Local HR Business Partnering:
- Global C&B and Performance process support: Advise and guide managers and employees with the annual C&B processes and performance management as needed.
- Employee Relations: Support managers and employees in resolving conflicts and improve workplace dynamics, and become a trusted advisor to employees and managers on people topics.
- Employee Engagement: Support local teams in their employee engagement survey action planning and delivering solutions to enhance employee engagement.
- Learning and Development (L&D): Support the global L&D and leadership development processes and initiatives and identify and drive local L&D programs as needed.
- Project Management & Continuous improvement: Support global HR project implementation and manage local HR projects as needed. Identify improvement possibilities on global/local HRBP processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with other Group HRBP’s, HR Services team and other HR stakeholders to ensure we deliver high-quality and efficient HR processes and value across the organization.
What you need to succeed:
- 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong active sourcing and direct search skills, with a deep understanding of the U.S. job market
- Passion for employee engagement & talent development, with a desire to grow into HRBP responsibilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills—comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organized, independent, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of HR principles, with a strong willingness to learn
- Experience with HR systems & recruitment tools
- Eagerness to take ownership of projects and responsibilities, driving personal and professional growth.

The role is located in New York, with a possibility to work in a hybrid model (min 2 days at the office, max 3 days remote).
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $80,000-120,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range reflects the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
