Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and packaging products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality in every order. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Accurately package products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage orders.
- Operate heavy equipment such as clamp trucks, cranes, and order pickers safely and effectively.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading shipments.
- Conduct regular inspections of packaged goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking purposes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely, including clamp trucks, cranes, and order pickers.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to lift heavy items as needed and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
