Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced distribution center. Duties
- Operate forklifts, including clamp trucks, cherry pickers, and order pickers, to move materials and products throughout the distribution center.
- Load and unload shipments with precision and care, ensuring that all items are handled safely.
- Perform order picking tasks efficiently to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a distribution center or similar environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with various types of forklifts, including clamp trucks, cherry pickers, and cranes.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to material handling equipment.
- Ability to perform order picking tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to forklift operation and workplace safety.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
