Mon: 7am-3:30pm
Tues: 7am-2:30pm
Wed: 9am-7pm
Thur: 8am-4pm
Fri: 7am-1pm
Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with procedures
- Administer injections and medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Prepare and maintain examination and treatment areas
- Assist with patient check-in, scheduling appointments, and medical records management
- Conduct basic laboratory tests and sterilize medical instruments
- Provide patient education on medications, nutrition, and general wellness
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Qualifications
- Certification or diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Proficiency in patient service with experience in emergency medicine, medical-surgical settings, X-Ray procedures, inpatient and outpatient care
- Knowledge of basic physiology and ability to accurately record vital signs
- Familiarity with hospital operations and electronic health records systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
