Job description
This position requires you to be on time and have the ability to be on your feet all day. All employees will work inside the Athens, TX facility. Must have positive attitude along with the ability to receive negative and positive feedback on performance. This is a contract to hire assignment based on performance, attitude, and attendance. Which means that you could be converted to full time in as little as 4-6 weeks.
Requirements

- MUST have 6-12 months of REACH truck experience
- Be able to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
- Team player with willingness to help others.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand 8-10 hours a day 5 to 6 days a week.

Summary

Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools and reach trucks to efficiently handle materials within the warehouse.
- Assist in inventory management by accurately stocking and organizing products.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards while performing heavy lifting and equipment operation.
- Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and enhance productivity.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
