Job Description
- Alternatives: Electrical Wiring Associate, Wiring Associate, Electrical Panel Associate
- Electrical and Wiring Assembler responsible for the assembly of electrical panels and cabinets.
What will you do?
- Assemble and wire electrical panels and cabinets using a variety of hand and/or power tools and crimping of small gauge wires.
- Performs electrical wiring assembly on medium to large sized parts or panels.
- Read and review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Responsible for ensuring that work order protocols are followed, and that work order paperwork is completed as the work is performed.
- Follow 5S and customers Performance System (Continuous Improvement) principles and practices
- Embrace and be apart of a team focused on safety, quality, customers, and productivity.
- Collaborate with Engineering on poke yoke, continuous improvement, process, training, and other measures within the group.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, wiring/block diagrams.
- Experience with basic hand tools, air tools, gages, torque wrenches and mechanical assemblies.
- Physical Ability: Capable to lift up to 26 pounds on a regular basis, stand for long periods of time and ability to reach overhead, pull, push and bend at times.
- Communicate, write, and speak effectively in English
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- 1 year Previous Assembly/Manufacturing experience preferred.
Job Types: Temp-to-hire, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 10 hour shift
