We seek a skilled and dedicated Parts / Service Manager to join our team in the Punta Gorda, FL location. This individual will be responsible for overseeing our service department and parts inventory, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Write and manage service tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
- Oversee and manage technicians and labor hours, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Led the parts department, ensuring all parts were properly stocked and organized.
- Generate and receive purchase orders for parts and services.
- Implement and maintain an efficient inventory management process to ensure accuracy and minimize loss.
- Ensure proper procedures are followed for inventory tracking, including regular audits and restocking.
- Collaborate with the service and parts teams to meet customer demands and timelines.
