Provide support for Payment Operations
Responsibilities :
- Assist the business units with NSF decisioning and overdraft exceptions.
- Provide support for all requests that correspond to Year End IRS Government reporting.
- Generate and review reports from the back-end programs daily to detect new trends and proactively escalate or present them to the applicable departments.
- Review and escalate outstanding issues with vendors by opening tickets through Client Portal for different banking units. Assist with follow-ups on these tickets.
- Serve as the product owner for ATM related projects, enhancements and implementations.
- Work alongside the ATM Channels & teams to discuss unsettled topics and incidents, as well as provide feedback to specific subjects and insight to determine next steps.
- Balance the Off-Site ATM’s through remote login. Ensure that the ATM’s communications are up and running and that no hardware faults are being reported. Decide with the appropriate vendor for repair. Provide first line maintenance and support for all issues related to Off Site ATM’s.
- Create procedures and / or guidelines, when needed, that would assist bank users with completing certain tasks – related to Bank Operations, Payment Operations and Digital Banking.
- Provide support to the Payment Operations Manager related to Debit Cards, ATM’s, and ACH products.
- Manage vendor invoices and implement a tracking system to monitor variances in pricing and invoicing.
- Serve as a liaison between Bank and Vendor management.
- Assist with reporting requests such as Charge-off and Operational Risk Events.
- Manage Card Inventory for Debit Card Products and Instant Issuance process. Partner with other teams in relation to enhancements or changes for card products.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and / or Certifications :
Associate degree
Minimum Work Experience Requirements :
4 years of Banking & Customer Service experience
Technical and / or Essential Knowledge :
Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Functional Skills & Knowledge :
Knowledge of Banking Products and Systems, Vendor Management and Project Management. Detail-oriented and strong mathematical and organizational skills required.
