Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment in various industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components. The Millwright will work closely with other technicians and engineers to ensure optimal operation and efficiency of all equipment.

Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
- Responsible for the installation and support of all capital projects as deemed necessary
- Support other Plant Engineering department activities
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, and bluepritns to determine layout of plant equipment
- Install and test mechanical components related to plant equipment and machinery
- Perform general, routine plumbing repairs
- Conduct scheduled maintenance activties and keep maintenance records
- Maintain both low pressure (125 PSI) and high pressure (250 PSI) boilers as sole operator on an off-shift rotation
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have two (2) years' experience in industrial maintenance
- Must be able to use tools for the mechanical installation and/or repair of plant equipment and building systems
- Must be proficient in TIG, MIG and ARC welding
- Must have common knowledge of industrial electrical systems
- Must be able to obtain state boiler license
- Ability to effectively communicate with other employees, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work extended hours as needed, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
- REquired to work at heights above ground level
- Must be able to operate a forklift
- Must be able tto physically move material, possibly up to 50lbs
- Must be able to work in small and tight spaces
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $23.11 - $28.51 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
