The Talent Acquisition Partner is a part-time role. We’re seeking a sourcing savvy, delivery-focused TA subject matter expert. The individual is dedicated to sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent across locations within North America (US, Canada) – and globally as needed (Asia and other supplier countries). Responsible for ensuring the health and effectiveness of the day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition function within ACR.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 10 years of relevant recruiting experience
- Experienced in all aspects of recruiting – with team leadership and people development experience in a corporate and/or agency environment
- Professional and Warehouse (or Manufacturing) level recruitment experience
- Passion for candidate care and communications
- Experience with UKG Technology for candidate management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of recruiting tools; including LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, really
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management and judgment skills
- Able to influence without formal authority
- Knowledge of employment law, OFCCP regulations, etc
- Comfortable navigating in a matrix organization
- This is a 100% remote-based position with flexibility to come into the Exton, PA office as needed for business meetings.
- Develop sustainable TA strategy for operations (manufacturing and distribution) for unique geographies and markets.
- Develop and implement critical performance indicators that drive the TA Value Proposition.
- Conduct sourcing/RFQ/RFPs for partnerships, tools and other sourcing channels that will expand ACR’s reach into diverse talent pools.
- Develop opportunities to publicize and leverage ACR EVP to prospective candidates to create competitive advantage in acquiring industry and technical talent
- Ensure adequate coverage, follow-up and delivery on all open roles for both salaried and hourly opportunities.
- Successfully manage relationships and communications with talent, key stakeholders, including: hiring managers, candidates, HR colleagues and others across the enterprise.
