About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance (Lead) Technician to join our team at the Lee County Plant in Illinois. The successful candidate will be responsible for plant safety, compliance, and reliability.
- Develop and implement a proactive maintenance plan for all plant equipment based on OEM recommendations.
- Review and revise maintenance procedures as necessary to increase plant availability.
- Perform maintenance activities including coordination with any subcontracted maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with operation and maintenance in an industrial setting strongly recommended.
