About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to fill a School Services position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing therapy services to students in a school setting, working collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support student achievement.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in speech-language pathology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students to identify areas of need.
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans to address student goals.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, including one-on-one and group sessions.
- Foster collaboration with teachers and other professionals to integrate therapy services seamlessly into the educational program.
Essential Qualifications:
- Active California SLP License or eligibility for a CA Preliminary RPE license.
- California Speech-Language Services Credential or eligibility for a CA Preliminary credential.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Current CPR card.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with students in a school setting preferred.
