What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at Amergis Healthcare Staffing?
The Non-Clinical Case Manager coordinates referrals, service planning, and client documentation for designated caseload(s).
Minimum Requirements :
- Professional License in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or Social Services preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or Social Services fields preferred
- Experience in Case Management, Behavioral Sciences, Human Services or Social Services preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
