What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA- Psychiatric-Pueblo, CO ( State Contract) position at Amergis Healthcare Staffing?
start date 5/5 or 5/19- 48 hours Guaranteed weekly- PAY WEEKLYY, PLUS BENEFITS, 1760.00 WEEKLY
Submission to Start Process:
– Screening Interview with Denver Office for CNAs – this will be sent out in a time block by AM when there are enough CNA submissions to call and you will be notified – these are quick 5-10 minute phone screenings
– hospital will open the submission window about 3-4 weeks before start date
– submission window stays open for 1-2 days
– hospital will schedule a virtual interview with the candidate in which the video MUST be on
– offers will come 3-4 business days after the interview depending on reference response rate
– after offers are extending caregivers have 24 hours to sign hospital paperwork to accept position
– candidate will then be moved to OM in RC
– candidates will also be expected to get fingerprinted through CO state (this process will be emailed to recruiter after candidate acceptance of offer – ie manager receipt of signed docs from caregiver)
– there will be a mandatory expectation meeting about orientation with the Amergis manager for those who are starting orientation as the hospital has certain expectations
– All staff must be open to any schedule they are given and not have any scheduling requests/restrictions
