· Rates: Negotiable
· Travel/Lodging: Pass-through for mileage/lodging only
· Typesof Cases/Procedures:Primary care for ages 2 and up
· PatientVolume: 7-10 patientsper day
Required:
- Must have CA license
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of primary care experience
- BLS, DEA
