What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rehab RN 3p-1130p position at Amergis Healthcare Staffing?
The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse is responsible forassisting patients in attaining and maintaining Amergisum function due to chronicillness and/or a debilitating injury. The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse assists patients in the recoveryprocess, as well as creating a recovery plan with the ultimate goal ofachieving an independent lifestyle as much as possible.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices
- One year prior professional nursing experience in arehabilitation setting preferred
- CRRN certification may be required per state/client contract
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
