Position Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks ( ability toextend)

Number of Openings: 2

Start Date: 3/31 or within 3 weeks of offer

Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 36 (3×12’s) /Nights / 7p-7:30a

*Willwork every OTHER weekend/holiday

Setting:

• Level I Trauma center
• Teaching hospital

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent RN Med/Surg experience
• Level I trauma previous travel experience within the last 2 years
• OH RN or Compact RN license
• BLS (AHA)

Amergis HealthcareStaffing is seeking a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse to assumeresponsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing processand the delivery of patient care. The nurse demonstrates ability to makeclinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision. Thenurse demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in thecoordination of patient care. Consistently performs according to nursingstandards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others inthe management of patient care.

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices. 
• Full command of the English language, both verbal and written. 
• Current Health Certificate (per facility contract or state regulation). 
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. 
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred. 
• Current BLS card.
