Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

A university's student health clinic is searching for a quality nurse practitioner in Smithfield, RI. This is a great position for work-life balance as you do not work on weekends, holidays, and your schedule will be flexible and only part-time hours!

Job Description

• Setting: university student health clinic with all college-age students in Smithfield, RI
• NO suturing skills needed
• Sick visits - URIs, UTIs, STDs, etc
• Wellness exams
• Schedule: Part Time - Tuesday is a must; but they will need someone Thurs-Fri
• no weekends or holidays
• flexible or variable scheduling of anywhere from 8 to 24 hours each week (will be discussed in interview)
• Clinic is open 8:30am-4:30pm
• 2-3 weeks to credential

Required:

• Must be board certified through ANCC or AANP
• Must have RI APRN license
• Must have minimum 5 years of primary care or urgent care experience
