- Setting: provide employee health and occupational health services to patients at a corporate office
- Schedule: Mon, Wed, Thurs; 6a-6p (Flexible on days and dates)
- Contract Duration: 11 week contract
- Start: ASAP
- Active IL state license
- Certifications: BLS, BC, and DEA
- Open to candidates with 1 years minimum experience preferred
- Candidates with OH experience is required
- Receive weekly paycheck
- Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision) if eligible
