At Amergis Locum Tenens, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Health Care Provider to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working closely with other healthcare providers to ensure the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 10-15 adult patients per day, providing primary care services including family medicine, diabetes prevention/management, chronic/acute care, physicals, and sick visits.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure exceptional patient care and refer patients to off-site specialists as needed.

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred, with at least two years of relevant experience.
