We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to provide care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting. The ideal candidate will be available to work 4-5 twelve-hour shifts per month.
Requirements
- Active medical license and DEA certification
- Residency completed through ABMS or AOA
- Clean background check
The location is Belcourt, North Dakota, and the compensation package includes:
- $275 hourly wage
- $300 daily stipend for travel, lodging, and rental car expenses
- Option to receive $300 hourly all-inclusive rate
Ongoing benefits include weekly paychecks paid every Friday, 52-week rolling contracts, and 100% malpractice insurance coverage. Scheduling occurs one to two months in advance, with minimal trauma cases and moderate annual census volume.
The support staff consists of MA, RN, PA/NP professionals, and BLS, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications are required. Orientation takes place over three days, and a monthly committee date is also scheduled.
To ensure adequate coverage, candidates should be able to commit to at least four to five consecutive shifts, totaling eight to ten shifts per month.
