Job Title: Primary Care Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking a skilled and bilingual Primary Care Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team at East County Health Center in Gresham, OR.
Job Summary:
This is a standard outpatient based, primary care clinic position with duties including primary and chronic care, medication management, and walk-ins. The ideal candidate will be able to see all ages and have the ability to cover multiple clinics within a few miles of each other.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and chronic care services to patients of all ages.
- Manage medications and perform routine check-ups.
- Cover multiple clinics as needed within a few miles of each other.
Schedule:
The preferred schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour lunch break. However, we are flexible and can accommodate various schedules as needed.
Requirements:
- Active Oregon medical license and BLS certification.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
