Maxim Healthcare is seeking all qualified Cardiac & Hospitalist Physician Assistants to assist with a locums assignment with our Client in DuBois, PA.
Requirements and Brief Description Below :
- Duties : Daily rounding patients(25 Beds
- Patient Census : 5-10 per Day
- Credentialing services provided
- Weekly Compensation
- 100% Malpractice Covered
- Worksite Type : OR, Rounding, Clinic
- Schedule : O.R. Days / Clinic Days / Rounding : This is rotated with the extender group, rounding with Surgeons
- Shift : 7am-5pm ten hour shifts, rounding every third weekend and call every third day.
- Staff Information : 3 surgeons, 2 PA s and 1 CRNP
- Patient Information : 3 OR cases a day includes, cardiac, thoracic and vascular / office average 10 / floor 10-12
- Required Procedures / Skills : EVH System Maquet : CABG, TAVR, AAA, AVR, MVR
- Bedside procedures : CABG, AAA, AVR, thoracic and vascular
- Certifications : ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support; BLS - Basic Life Support
- EMR : Cerner inpatient GE outpatient
